Should the United States help countries like Haiti and Japan recover after a disaster?
I think that we should help our allies like Japan and Mexico. We should INVEST on our allies because they will help us if we get into a crisis. The REGION were japan is where most of the disasters happen so we should help Japan the most. Even a SURVEY says the there are always earthquakes there. So we should only help our allies.
